Dell makes it easy and professional on all purchases. I will always buy my computer supplies and possibly future other electronic products from them anytime. I love Dell they are easy to use and have high quality products.

my only issue was talking to the rep. must have been a call cneter in india?? lots of backround noise, man had to repeat things!! this will be our first dell experience, we've heard a lot of good comments about there computers!

Terrible support personnel. Very difficult to understand because of their broken English. One support person hung up on me because information could not be understood by support and/or would not listen to what I was trying to get across the return problems that had happened. Had no idea what had already been done since original call to support. This experience I had with Dell has been by far the worst I have ever had with any computer hardware vendor since I started using and teaching computer technology in the early 1980's. Dell and the others all want our busy, but it is getting back to no customer support after purchase. When you thought things had improved you were thrown back in time to lousy customer service, but this time you can't understand the non-English speaking so-called support staff.

Somehow, my order was shipped in a way that the transport company said it would take days fewer to get to me than I expected, and it came late in the day the day the transportation company said, which was 3 days sooner than I expected. Bizrate didn't give me the same order arrival estimation time that Dell did, and it arrived sooner than Dell said it would. On one of the free shipping options. I've been WAITING DAYS for this bizrate follow up to get to me.

Great product. Got it on sale plus a coupon discount. Always look for coupons before buying -- they are on the website. Really like the monitor; the USB ports were essential to my envoronment. Waited for the product to go on sale; also researched it on CNET. Can't wait for it to arrive. Customer reviews were very helpful.

This is my second Dell computer. I was very happy with the first one, so I saw no reason to purchase from a different vendor. I find it hard to navigate the Dell site to order what I need. They need to set up My Account to make it easier to reorder each time.

I accidently ordered the wrong battery for my laptop. When I emailed customer service, I rec'd a phone call the next day. The lady understood my problem and gladly sent me the correct battery, and emailed me the return label for me to return the wrong battery. I have now rec'd the correct battery and returned the wrong one. She was very friendly, understand and helpful.

This purchase was made with a gift card that I received for purchasing my Dell last December. It would be difficult to complain about receiving my recent order for FREE. Very happy Dell customer!!! I spent a $50.00 gift card that I had received with my recent Dell computer purchase. It was difficult to decide what to purchase.
