Great product - everything was exactly as advertised on the site. Shipping was on time. Could not be happier. This is my 3rd purchase from this vendor and I will be buying from them again!
Excellent experience. I was able to order what I wanted and even get some extras added in for just a couple of bucks more. What else can you ask for in a merchant?

Beach Camera advertised this very hard to get item (Canon 5D Mark III) in advance of most stores and shipped within three days of my order. It was exactly as advertised, w/ a U.S. warranty. Even w/ free shipping, it arrived in two days.
Straight forward site and process; no unnecessary frills or glitz.

Hard to beat your low prices, no sales tax and no shipping charge. That's usually what it comes down to.
I wish the discount coupons Beach gives had a longer expiration date. The last one I received expired fairly quickly. I don't buy big-ticket electronics every month or even two. Give me a discount coupon I can use, like 6 to 12 months from now.

The Delivery was off because I did not complete the address with Drive, it was not the companies fault it was mine
When the Camera arrives I will know if it is 100% satisfactory begining to end

Product arrived on time, but in damaged condition. The shipping box was punctured and wrinkled. The damage extended to inside Sony box. The single air cushion pillow was ruptured and flat. The camera was not functional, lens cover would not open and LCD display had multiple vertical bars. There also appeared to be crack like areas on the display. Beach did provide return shipping assistance and the package was taken to Fed Ex on Saturday, May 12, 2012 for return to Beach.

The shipping box containing our order was broken into. The package containing our order had been opened. The contents had been put back into the package in a haphazard effort. The instruction manual is missing. I do not know if the camera we ordered works or not because it was ordered as a gift and will not know until it has been tried.
Placing my order was easy. I hope the product, warranty, and return policy are as also a good experience.
