Hi--I take fill responsibility for ordering the incorrect item. I meant to order the car phone charger for my new phone. I will have to order the correct item at a later date. I will keep this item as a spare, to use, if necessary, at my workplace. I still feel that the shipping price was much too high for this small, very light-weight item which was in a light-weight box, sent in a small shipping envelope.
This is another in a long line of merchants who no longer or do not reveal shipping charges until the customer actually purchases the item. While THE PRICE for the item is EXCELLENT from this merchant, the shipping cost was over twice the price of a very light-weight phone charger for car use! I have recently and all-too-often paid too-high shipping costs before I knew what they even were, so that I could purchase something online instead of searching for it in a local store. I no longer own a car, so online shopping is conventient for me. Knowing this, online merchants take advantage of people in my position. When I recover from my own economic downturn, I will remember these merchants, and not buy from them.

I have made several purchases from Cell Phone Shop in the past years, I have never had an issue with them or the products they sell. I have and will recommend them to friends and family.
I have made many purchases from cellphoneshop over the years and will be a customer forever. I have always got exactly what I ordered with never any issues. I have recommended them to my family and friends and made them repeat customers as well. I am very happy with them, Never had to call customer support...

This was my first experience with your company.I dont' know where the mix up occured ,but I wanteed a battery for my Blackberry Curve 8530 and received a battery for 8800/8810 which does not work in my unit

I've used Cell Phone Shop in the past and have never returned a purchase. It is easy to shop online with this company and I get enough details on the product to make accurate purchases. I plan to continue using this company when shopping online.
Cell Phone Shop is one of my favorite online stores when shopping for cell phone products and accessories. They have a wide variety and I usually find what I want at a good price.
