I love being able to create personalized gifts. I think on the pendant the price was too high for what it was, but she loved it.
Great for special gifts. Something for almost everyone.

My mother loves this gift! This was a last minute purchase for Mother's Day, and it was personalized and delivered on time.
Liked the unique gift choices! Would have liked to be able to added some consumable product, like chocolates.... but fine as is.

The engraved item was not centered. In the online display of what I ordered the initial was on the left and the name was centered in the remaining area. What arrived had the name centered in the piece of glass so that the overall effect was not centered. The engraving was so slightly done that it could not be read and I needed to glue a black paper to the back so that the engraving was readable. I needed to give it as a gift and did not have time to complain or return. Overall - very disappointing and I fault myself for ordering on line.

I love this Company! I like the merchandise and specially the personalization. I buy for my Family and they are very happy with the gifts and they too like the personalization on the gifts very much. I like it also because I don't have to worry about having to mail the gifts myself.
I am very pleased with the service and the products I have gotten from this company and I know I will continue ordering more things that I like.

Completely satisfied with my purchases. Your ability to show me my personalizations online, before purchase, is a brilliant move! Very impressed with the attractive interactive catalog.Still awaiting comment about my suggestion on men's golf caps personalization to match color and font to ladies' caps.
I'm very impressed with the company and the rapid service (personalization) it offers. bizrate should describe it by the correct name in this survey.Where are coupons available?Why couldn't I order my golf cap with script initials to match my wife's cap?

I find PersonalizationMall almost always fits my needs for this type of product. Orders are processed efficiently without error making meeting needs painless and almost a pleasure. If there is one thing I can point at for improvement would be a wider selection of more useful products.
