The terk antenna did the job of improving my TV picture. But it is a weird design. Having almost no base upon which to stand it is prone to falling over. I expect that one day it will fall and break the antenna extensions.
Has always been a reliable and responsive vendor.

This was my first purchase through Crutchfield and was very pleased on how easy it went. The install directions were spot on and all the adapters that were needed were supplied at no extra cost.

After purchasing kenwood car stereo I noticed the steering wheel control harness was not included in necessary wiring hardware. I would have happily bought optional harness at time of purchase had I known better. It was an oversight on my part, but felt perhaps Crutchfield could have made stronger suggestion for optional equipment. I ended up paying another 100. @ best buy for harness Crutchfield charges 60. That's my only complaint.
Awesome sight... Helpful and easy.

I have been a long time Crutchfield customer and have never had any issues with product, prices or support. In reference to this order where I had a question about a item which was free with the product purchase when the product was out of stock, Crutchfield personally contacted me and corrected the matter. As a small business owner myself that deals with the public, The service, professionalism and yet personal touch that Cructhfiled provides in the internet market world is unmatched, they simply are the best.
Love Crutchfield..long time customer....I did have a issue with this order that I was not totally happy with. I waited for a powered sub woofer to be back in stock to order. When the sub woofer was out of stock, it included a free wiring kit. As soon as the sub woofer was back in stock, I placed my order for the subwoofer, but there was no longer a free wiring kit included. I called and spoke with a representative about this issue to see if I could still get a free wiring kit since the powered sub had been out of stock. Was told they could not do that. I will still continue to shop at Crutchfield..but feel dissapointed about having to pay for the wriing kit when before, it was free when the powered sub was out of stock.
