I had never used Cherry Moon Farms before so I was a little anxious as this was a mothers day gift. I am beyond delighted (as was my mother) with the gift basket that was received. The site seems reputable. I am excited and hopeful that they'll deliver a wonderful mothers day gift for me.

This was a gift to my mother in law. I recently watched the "today show"; and they advised to be wary of buying food thru the internet. Many,many times items are damaged. My m.i.l. said they were fine; but she is so nice she would not complain!! So, i hope they shipped ok.... Think your site is excellent but your shipping and processing is outrageous. Bought this on Living Social to try; send a lot of corporate thank you gifts. Only will use again if there are promo shipping in the future.

There was a bit of confusion getting a discount applied to the order, which in turn delayed it and it appears I went past the cut off time for orders, although I thought you were on the West Coast, and it wasn't even 5 p.m. in the Midwest. Then there appears to have been a shipping issue with FedEx so I had to retrieve these from a FedEx hub one day late where I then had to transport to the hotel the guests were at. In the end, even the hotel failed to deliver these before the guests arrival. The guests seem very pleased with the product, however. Your initial customer service was not terribly helpful when the delay was first discovered and stated I had to call back after 5 p.m. because FedEx still had a chance to deliver by then. I had already informed her that FedEx stated it would not get to me on Friday. The second customer service call was most helpful. Shipping was fully credited by you, and Fedex confirmed they were crediting you.

It was Mother's Day weekend and although I would loved to have my Mom receive her gift on Mother's Day, I was ok with it being delivered on the Saturday before, until I was told at 7:pm eastern time, that I was not delivered. I was very disappointed. However, with my Mom going away on Mother's Sunday, after calling Cherry Moon Farms, to find out it would not be delivered until the following Tuesday, I wasn't so upset. I really wanted it to be a surprise, but I was the one surprised. Make a long story short, the last Rep that I spoke with was very kind, apologetic and understanding. She worked it out and I will be ordering again, since my Mom loved the arrangement/gift. Until till next time, thank you. First time shopper here and everything looks beautiful. I will be back to shop again.

Fruit was well received. When I placed the order, the web advertised four free gifts with purchase - these did not arrive with the fruit. Thanks, Harry Opel, 757-344-9213 For a product in this price tier I expected a better shipping cost

The products offered by Cherry Moon Farms are unique and fresh. My mom was delighted with her chocolate covered strawberries. It was easy to order and they were delivered exactly as promised. My Dad had been thrilled with the bing cherries we ordered for him and knew that my Mom would love chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's Day! Cherry Moon Farms has some beautiful products. Very easy to order.

I spent nearly $15 on shipping for 12 strawberries. Unacceptable. $13.00 shipping for 12 strawberries? Really? I would not order again from your site for this reason alone. I could have bought locally and shipped for half that price.

Mom loved the flowers and the strawberries. The flowers were exceptionally fresh. Strawberries were excellent!Everything delivered on time on both days as promised.Recommending you highly to my friends and family for future purchases.This is the best experience I've had with ordering flowers in 20 years!I only ordered from you because I had received my own mother's day flowers from my son the day before, so decided to take a chance and order from you for my own mom. I'm glad I did. Received flowers from my son today for Mother's Day. I was very impressed with them. Much nicer and better packaged than previous orders I've received in the past - so much so, I ordered flowers for my own mother tonight for Mother's Day and found the whole process quite easy.

The items were a gift for Mother's Day. My delivery date was either the 10th or 11th of May. One of the items came on the 10th but one came on the 5th. If I wanted the items delivered that early I would have put that down as the delivery date. NOT happy with this company at all!! I put down to have my items shipped on the 10th or 11th of May, there should be a little bit of a discount for having no specific day. Next time (if there is one!!!!), since Im paying that much anyways I am going to pay the extra and have the items delivered on a specific day being a Saturday. This is ridiculous!!!
